Shipping and Handling Charges

Chrissy's Closet Company WILL NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. There will be a flat fee of added to your order for shipping and handling within the U.S.

Taxes and Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. 


The Shipping and Handling charges on orders made within the U.S. and total $60.00 or more in merchandise sales WILL be waived when placing the order.

All orders are unique. Processing times may vary depending on the order.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and additional 1-5 days for shipping.

Discount can be applied at checkout. Cannot combine discounts. Discounts can be applied to a customer (1X) only. 


Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders to be processed within approximately 1-3 BUSINESS days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. (Transit time, normally within 72 hours). chrissysclosetco.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the Next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification. In most case orders with different billing and shipping address will be cancelled. Please be sure to enter all information accurately at checkout, so no billing issue occurs. 

Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable after 14 working days of the ship date for lost or stolen packages.


To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us at support@chrissysclosetco.com BEFORE 2pm EST. We will try to help, however during company regular order processing procedure, we cannot guarantee any cancellation and modification. Orders are usually processed within 24hrs. We cannot guarantee a cancellation at that point. All Cancelled orders will incur a 10% transaction fee.

Please note: (1) we will not be able to cancel or modify your order after order has been processed (normally 3pm EST every day).
