How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and additional additional 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards
Digital Downloads



If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, incorrect color or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued in the form of a e-gift card to the email address attached to the returns order number; within 5-7 business days. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now become FINAL SALE, unless a mistake is made on our part.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chrissyclosetco@gmail.com.

Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).

Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

All Cancelled Orders will incur a 10% transaction fee, Must contact within the first hour of the order being placed.
